A Bumpy Start BUT Now Very Happy on Boost

I had a very bumpy start with Boost, problems phoning them, never getting top up card etc…

However I received my Winter Home Discount right to smart meter before friends who applied with different companies! I do mean one of which is part of big six and my friends were impressed that I had it applied that quickly.

Also had help from OVO Energy Fund which is amazing!

Had Smart Meter for a while and also finally got IHD which is older Pipet 500 BUT gives you all the information you need, love the fact it can also be powered by AA batteries too!

The Google Store App got updated few days ago and now lets you Topup a minimum of £5 which is good, I tested it yesterday and within 2 minutes my Balance was updated!

I am 9 miles away from nearest Gas so can only tell you my experiences with Electric.

I am a Happy Customer, all is working well and I feel totally in control.  IHD is awesome gives you live pence per hour usage view, how much you use today and yesterday…

Anyone else Happy?
