My meter is displaying 'call help' - what do I do?

My prepayment gas meter displays ''call help'' after i have put my emergency credit on as i run out of normal credit my boiler is displaying flame failure so no heating or hot water so my question is i have three children and its early hours would this be classed as emergency, or do i wait until morning it is rather cold and two of children are up early for school and getting dressed in the cold isn't nice

@mattj3135 Is right @Socks86 - you'll need to call the Boost team as it's very likely your meter will need to be replaced.

Really hope you got this sorted with the team in the end.

My gas meter has developed a fault yesterday, I have no supply and my meter says 'CALL HELP. I have a 6 week old baby and have no heating or hot water, I've tried to call the helpline but it's shut. What can I do?

SOLVED! I messaged Boost on Facebook and the lady I spoke to booked an engineer at 4pm.. He arrived at 6.30 and replaced my meter due to a leaky valve... On a Sunday too, perfect!

Can anyone please help me my gas meter has been off all evening its saying CALL HELP when putting card into the meter ive rang the number given but coz i dont smell gas they cant do anything and i have to ring my supplier on Monday when open again. Is there any other number i can ring please as i have a 2 year old and 6 months pregnant

My meter is saying call for help when I try to top up, it's not accepting my card, boost is closed and the national grid said they can't help. It's going to chilly till Monday. Is there anything I can do??

My meter displays call help but I can’t as it is now 1313 on Saturday and the only number I have is closed now untill Monday is there another number as I can’t be without gas all weekend

In the future, if you can't get through to the advisers on a weekend (they should be in the office until 2pm) it's worth trying us, the Social Media team.
