Why is my credit not showing on my meter?

i’ve just gotten a new card and I have put £40 top up on today, but the meter still shows I have no credit, i’ve tried looking at the meter and typing in the vend code from the receipt but it keeps saying it’s invalid... and pressing A A B it says rejected.. anyone know the answer? Or i’ll have to wait until tomorrow...

Updated on 16/09/2020 - If the vend code is entered correctly, but it says it’s invalid, this often means that the credit has already been added to the meter. It’s worth waiting to see if the balance updates accordingly before contacting us.


The best bet here will be to reach out to the customer care team, via Facebook, Twitter or phone with your top up receipt to hand, the team can get you going again!
