Why does smart meter booking platform say I've already got one when I don't?

Hi all

I've just signed up to Boost energy and have tried to book an appointment to get a smart electric meter fitted but the appointment page is saying that I already have one. I don't. Who would I contact to rectify this mistake and get one fitted? Cheers

You sure you don't have a 'Secure' smart meter already @Xcraigx ? Here's a pic of the electricity meter:


Or you might have a SMETS2 electricity meter like this:


If your electricity meter looks different, we've got it wrong. Call us to book in your meter fitting appointment: 0330 102 7517.

Hello

I'll give that number a ring on my day off. The meter I have does not look anything like those examples, as the house was built in the 1970's I would say it's probably pretty much from that era!
