What to do if my new electricity key code isn't working?

Can anyone help me my key was damaged and spoke to customer service who gave me a code to collect new key but code was incorrect now their closed till Monday I have no electric does anyone have an emergency number

Updated on 16/09/2020 - Our normal call centre opening times are Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, and Saturdays 9am - 5pm.

I hope you've got this sorted now, but if not, we should be able to help you today, as we're in until 5pm (the times are different as it's a bank holiday).

If you call us on 0330 102 7517, that would be the quickest way to get this sorted.

Alternatively, you can message us on Facebook or Twitter and we can help you there. We’ll check what’s causing the issue with the code, and get a new one generated if needs be.
