My gas meter is not showing any display, what do I need to do

Hi @Nani1961 and welcome to the Boost forum,

 

A really important question to ask about your gas top-up meter. I’m guessing you have a traditional top-up meter (not a smart meter) in which case the LCD screen should always display your current balance. A blank screen would suggest a faulty meter, which we’ll need to replace.

 

If you haven’t already give our Support Team a call on 0117 332 3728 (lines are open from 8am - 6pm on weekdays). They can arrange for an engineer’s visit to replace the faulty meter (if you’re off-supply, this can be arranged as an emergency same-day appointment). Even better we’ll be able to install a smart meter which can make topping up and keeping track of your balance even easier.
