Topped up with old (Scottish Power) key by mistake, can I get a refund?

I recently topped up with my old providers key (Scottish Power) by mistake, is there anything that can be done about the credit on that key like a possible refund? I still have the PayPoint receipt.

Hi @steven.jones thanks for posting

If you've been using the Boost key before, your old Scottish Power key won't work. Get in touch with the Boost team and they can sort out a 'TAG' code for the amount you topped up by. So keep the receipt of that top up.

If you haven't used the Boost key at all yet, the top up should work. So you can get that credit onto your meter no probs. Just input the key into the meter to transfer the credit over.
