My prepayment gas meter displays ''call help'' after i have put my emergency credit on as i run out of normal credit my boiler is displaying flame failure so no heating or hot water so my question is i have three children and its early hours would this be classed as emergency, or do i wait until morning it is rather cold and two of children are up early for school and getting dressed in the cold isn't nice

Also, if you get a ‘call help’ screen, or any other emergency during the weekend, check out the weekend emergency page here!
Hope you got this sorted now?
A ‘call help’ message on the meter screen usually means the battery is almost flat, and therefore an engineer will need to replace it (or the whole meter) for you. There’s another similar topic with further info here.
For future reference should this happen please call the Boost emergency helpline on 0330 102 7517 for assistance or take a look at the emergency page here!
