Hi all I've just signed up to Boost energy and have tried to book an appointment to get a smart electric meter fitted but the appointment page is saying that I already have one. I don't. Who would I contact to rectify this mistake and get one fitted? Cheers

I got a letter saying top up 3-5 times at the same pay point to credit your key with the warm home discount. This I did. This did not credit my account. Now I’m told it is a specific pay point but nowhere on the letter does it say that. Any one help out?
I currently have an Ovo top-up card and am wondering if I'll receive a Boost card instead? My other question is whether or not the Warm Home Discount that was recently approved by Ovo is still valid once Boost have taken over or will I have to go through the same process again? My final question...
