I've lost my top up card - how can I get a new one?

We still have our original prepayment card.

We’ve misplaced it, and are in emergency credit, which is running out at 11:40 tomorrow morning.

I only have cash to top up with as my hubby is away and has the bank cards.

I have an 11-month-old and I’m worrying.

What can I do now?

Hi ive lost my gas card . Abd have no gas . My house is freezing . Ive got 3 young children . Ive been waiting for a fas card to be sent out but still havent recieved one .
I have lost my prepayment card and I have been trying to get hold of someone from boost for 2 days and nothing. I have 2 kids in my home and my electricity is going to go out in 10 minutes please help xx

earlier today i had my wallet and phone stolen, i need to know the nearest paypoint shop i can visit that stocks Boost topup cards as ive visited 3 and they didnt have one. i have £7 of gas left n starting to worry. thanx for any help forthcoming

thanks boost team. card stolen thurs, new card arrived today
saturday, before my credit had run out. ps my new bank card definitely wont be contactless😣
I have been on the phone waiting for 1hour and 45 mins! I have a 6 month old and a 10 year old child
I lost my purse and I’m on emergency and the fact I’ve been waiting and still waiting is absolutely shocking
I’m switching electric company’s because this is a absolute joke

I'm very sorry for the wait yesterday, we experienced a high volume of calls due to the bank holiday, did you get this sorted with the team?

Hi by the time Monday morning comes I will be out of credit, I have just been to top up but can’t find my card. I know it can take around a week or so to receive a new card but what can you do in the mean time?

I’ve miss placed my gas card but it was a old econmy energy one I never revived a new one from boost  when I switched over they said we could still use that one not sure if I can get a  replacement from shop now  so would need new one

You can get a replacement gas card from a PayPoint in your area, @Juney72. Take a look at the best answer for more info on how to get this sorted.

please help had no gas since Friday! Numbers are closed, need to get a gas card asap

I recently had a smart meter fitted as the battery had failed on the old one. I have not been supplied with a new card despite asking for one. The gas has now ran out and I am off supply with no way to top up. It will not let me do it via the app. On top of this the first appointment was missed and I was told I was due £30 compensation which I am yet to receive! I have sent numerous emails about this all of which have been ignored. Absolutely horrendous customer service!

Sorry to hear of your experience, @Shannonwww, check out the above best answer, the team will get you card sorted. It sounds like you have traditional meters, these are not compatible with the app.
