I've got error 35 on my gas meter - how can I sort this out?

After topping up my gas card the meter won't accept it. Error 35 keeps appearing. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to sort this as customer services are not open until Monday!!!

Error 35 would show on your meter if you've topped up with the wrong card, @ragrose22. We'll need to get a new card sent out to you, and potentially arrange a refund if the credit hasn't been added on.

Could you message us on Facebook or Twitter please? You'll just need to confirm your name, DoB and account number.

To stop this happening again in the future, I'd recommend getting a smart meter installed. You can arrange an appointment here.


My gas metre won’t top up.
