I'm off supply over the weekend, what do I do?

I'm trying to contact you as I’m off supply.

 

I have a key that won't register in my meter, and I have an old-style key meter.

 

I’m really not impressed with how difficult it is to contact you on a Sunday, my supply has never gone off on a Sunday before with any other supplier. I have 2 children, one of which is under 5 and suffers with his chest.

 

I will be making big waves about this if my issue is not resolved in the next few hours. I've contacted you on Facebook, I’m sure it's illegal to leave your customers without any form of supply or a way to get an emergency supply. I’m also registered disabled myself. I’m not a happy customer at the moment, I’ve been in tears since half past 8 this morning trying to find a way to get hold of someone at Boost. Even the national grid could not get hold of you, disgusting really when my supply has gone off on a Sunday.

In future, if you’ve got an emergency issue between 9am - 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, the Social Team can be reached on either Facebook or Twitter.

Having the same problem says ring for help on mine but it’s not even open on a Sunday

Find it disgusting I will be making a formal complaint my son has asthma and it's freezing no heating due to this

I spoke to someone today , told me there is an out of hours service and would come out as I have no gas supply . Surprise surprise no answer they’re closed !!!! Rung emergency number that’s only for gas leaks . So now I’m stuck til Monday and will have to have a day off work to wait for these idiots if they turn up . I’m fumin , EON HERE I COME . DO NOT USE BOOST !!! Worst company ever , giving wrong info .

I’m not sure what this out of hours service is. Our opening hours are:

Mon to Fri: 8am to 6pm

Saturday: 9am to 5pm

The phone lines are also open between 6pm and 8pm on weeknights for emergencies only. As Ed mentioned above, you can also message the team on Facebook or Twitter for help over the weekend.

Hi I have not got any gas or electricity and I have a elderly mother at home

My gas meter has swited of and on my electritcity has a e1 on it have no gas and it saying my vend code has failed

My gas meter is displaying vend. When I’ve searched online everything tells me that I have to enter my 20 digit transaction code manually for the top up to register. The problem Is I topped up via the app, I have never received an email confirmation or transaction code whenever I’ve topped up, so I don’t have that code. 

I have 3 children under 5 one who is disabled, our house is freezing and I have no gas supply nor is there any emergency contact number for this company. 

 

Help! What can I do??

I’ve moved your question to this existing topic to let you know what you can do during out of hours/weekend when you have any supply issues.

 

When you top up via your Boost app, you shouldn't need to enter any codes into your meter. You’ll just need to press A, A and B when it is ready to be turned back on!

Hey @Paul Mobility, if you’re in need of urgent help, the call centre is back open now until 8am. Just give them a call on 0330 102 7517 to get this sorted.

Hi my replacement gas card has not arrived yet and it's Sunday so all the phone lines are closed. I have 10p left on my meter and no way to top up. Please help.
