I have an issue with my electricity key - how can I contact Boost on a Sunday?

It's Sunday and my key has stopped working! I have 30p emergency now ! How do i get hold of Boost to sort this I've been trying for 4 hour's to get a new key in shop's but non have eon or npower

Hi @Davewill8ams,

If you have issues with your electricity key, you'll need to contact us directly, so that we can provide you a code to pick up a new key.

As it sounds urgent, I'd call us on 0330 102 7517.

On a Sunday, the call centre is closed, but the Social Team are in during the day between 9am - 5pm, so you'd need to contact us via Facebook or Twitter.

I'd only recommend contacting us on a weekend if it's an emergency though, as typically we're busier than usual over the weekend.


It states you can contact boost on a Sunday via Facebook I have done that and I can't get anyone
