In most cases, you should be able to top up via our Boost app without an issue. But, in the rare case you don’t have access to the app, you should find you have the following top up cards:
So, you top up at your local PayPoint, but the payment doesn't reach your meters… what do you do?
The easiest way to add the top up to your meters is via your In Home Display unit (IHD). Here’s how you add it this way:
Press the menu icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Click on ‘Top-Up’
Then choose the fuel you want to top up and then press ‘OK’.
Then type in the 20 digit code found on your receipt and press ‘OK’
You’ll then see a confirmation screen to say the top up was successful.
What if I don’t have an IHD, or my IHD is broken?
If you don’t have a fancy new IHD or the one you have is broken, you can reach out to the Boost team to get a new one sent out to you!
