My ihd is showing credit mod and I been with boost energy since the 6th dec 17 as I had to wait on Utilita to give boost the control of my smart meters

Hi @Ginger545 if you are on the PAYG+ tariff, then the meters will remain in credit mode. It will have the 'estimated bill' homepage.
Have you downloaded the app to check your account and whether The set up is complete?
If you're on Smart PAYG Standard the IHD should be in a prepayment mode with your balance displayed
