Great question @34Essington

We can offer services where an engineer can be booked to move a meter in your home. If you’re only moving the meter within the remits of the back board it is currently sat on, this can be arranged and completed for free.

If you need to move it any further, there would be costs involved.

Moving the gas meter, specifically, outside of the back board remits, will cost £145 (including VAT).

If you’d like to arrange this, you just need to reach out to the Boost team via email via: hello@boostpower.co.uk. Or, you can reach out to the Boost team via their Facebook page or Twitter account.

Hope that helps,

No worries @34Essington

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 situation, this could be some time until we could guarantee a date. Normally, we’d be able to arrange a 17 working day appointment, but cannot say for certain what timescale you could be looking at, at the moment.

Let us know how you get on,
