If you lose your Smart topup cards, there are a number of ways to order new ones.
- Call the team on 0330 102 7517. Our opening hours are: 8am-6pm Monday-Fridays; 9am-1pm Saturdays.
- Send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure it’s from the email address you’ve registered with Boost, or contains your account number if not.
- You can message the team on Facebook here, or the team on Twitter here. Be sure to include your account number (or address and postcode), full name and DoB.
Remember, your smart meters won’t disconnect between 4pm and 10am overnight, or between 4pm on Friday and 10am on Monday.
