If you have issues with your electricity key, you'll need to contact us directly, so that we can provide you a code to pick up a new key.
As it sounds urgent, I'd call us on 0330 102 7517.
On a Sunday, the call centre is closed, but the Social Team are in during the day, so you'd need to contact us via Facebook or Twitter.
I'd only recommend contacting us on a weekend if it's an emergency though, as typically we're busier than usual over the weekend.
