Why was I not able to top up my PAYG+ account with my second top up card?

I keep getting an error message when i try and top up. Any advice please

This was a known issue today, effecting secondary top up cards linked to some customer’s PAYG+ account. 


This has now been fixed: if you refresh the page/close and re-open the PAYG+ app, additional card top-ups will work.
