As we know winter wallet ended today and it stated you can claim it from 12pm. All of a sudden I can not login to my boost AGAIN! due to technical issues. This is getting very annoying. I emailed a week ago asking if I could have it early as I was struggling and it did say if claimed early I would lose benefits of competitions etc didn’t care. Boost didn’t even respond to my email. Today I log on to claim it, sorry techinical issues, we’re working on it. Not impressed Boost!

Great to see everyone helping each other out! We had a technical issue on the app preventing customers from logging in. This also held up the Winter Wallet savings from being transferred. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!
