So I so I had a smart metre fitted 10 days ago. That whole 10 days I've had no account number nothing to sign into the boost app and to top it off now that I do have a number I can't log into it or anything. It's not verifying my email at all even though all emails have been sent to the exact same email address. So I am now in debt by £30 because they keep saying we'll sort it will sort it will sort it and keep crediting me because I can't top it up myself and nothing is getting done about it!! nothing but problems since we've had it. We cant even top it up by a key BECAUSE WE HAVE NONE!
