What happens when you’re in a bit of a rush so can’t get to a shop, and run out of credit. You’re WiFi goes off, and you don’t have data, so you can’t top up via the app.
Quite a specific situation there, but don’t worry, we’ve got it covered!
You can top-up by texting, and weirdly, this is a feature that no one is using.
Just send a message to 66121 with 'TOPUP*' followed by the amount you want to top up. Want to top up £10 - text ‘TOPUP*10’!
This will take the money straight from the card you’ve registered with us on your app, so don’t worry about it flattening your credit.
The only thing you’ll need to do is make sure the mobile number on your account is up to date. You can find this out on your ‘Account Details’ section.
