Can someone help me with setting up a rolling topup? It says I need to do one manual payment before I can set it up so I do that and it just takes me back to the main menu and keeps going round in circles

I'd recommend logging out of the app/online account and then logging back in. It's likely you're account just needs to be refreshed to recognise you've made a top up.
