Overcharges via Auto-topups

Hi 

 

This is to make a complaint. 

Through the month of December £770 has been taken from my bank account for auto top ups. 

I originally sent my bank statements & the confirmation text messages to hello@boostpower.com, but was then asked to put the issue here,  

I need a refund for this ASAP.

Hey @joshua89z,

I’m sorry to hear about this! It definitely doesn’t sound right. We can investigate for you if you send us a message on Facebook with your account number (or address and post code), full name and DoB.

In the mean time, it might be worth filing an indemnity claim with your bank to get these funds returned ASAP.

Thanks for understanding. 

It doesn’t sound right at all does it. 

I’ll send a message on facebook with my account number, full name & DoB.

I’ll also do the indemnity claim with the bank too.
