I got autoswitch to boost from economy energy, told to keep topping up as normal, not the economy energy app isn't working and the help number is disconnected. I don't have boost keys, any idea how I can top up. Got 2 days to figure this out then I have no electric

It sounds like you already have smart meters, so we should be able to swap you easily onto our app where you’ll be able to carry on topping up as normal.
To do this you can call the team (0330 102 7517) or drop us a message on Facebook with your account number, full name and DoB.
