I got an email from Boost saying my credit had run out. Having checked yesterday I knew that was incorrect.

Checked with app and it shows:

Good to hear that I am not the only one. People are also sending them Tweets. Best one so far was over £2million in 1 day

I have had this too saying I'm gonna run out and am now - this amount. 

 

Iv had the same , apparently I used over 700,00 electric yesterday!

Not one of the subtlest technical issues I’d say!

 

You should have found this issue has been resolved now and your balances are back to normal. I hope this didn't cause anyone too much of a panic when they logged in and saw that!

 

Good to see everyone chatting about this issue and grasping it was a fault rather than reality.
