I've topped up with the black top up card but it's not showing on the smart meter - why not?

Hi there. I signed up to boost but ive given the wrong email ( I forgot to add in numbers that are included) therefore I can’t access my account. I received a black energy payment card which had a letter with it saying my other cards from utilita wouldn’t work anymore. I’ve topped up but nothing has been added to my meter ?? Please help me

Firstly, welcome to Boost and the Boost forum!

As you have the black top up card, this means you're on PAYG+, so your balance won't show on your meter.

You'll need to get access to the app to see your balance, but to do that, you'll need to update your email address.

You could drop an email to us at hello@boostpower.co.uk, or if you'd prefer, send us a message to our Facebook or Twitter pages.

Once you've got access to your account, you should be able to see all the info you need, but if there's any questions you have about it, it's worth checking on here to see if it's been discussed before!
