When you move in to a new property, you'll need to contact the Customer Care Team on 0330 102 7517. They'll take your details and get a new account set up for you, and get you back on supply! They’re available Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, and 9am - 1pm Saturdays.
In the future, if you ever go off supply, we'd always recommend calling them, as we can't guarantee immediate responses here, or on our Facebook or Twitter pages.
