How do I top up when my PAYG+ account says inactive?

Hi, I've topped up my meter by 20.00 at 22:11 today. The money has not gone on to my smart meter. I've logged into the boost website but is saying my account is inactive. My smart meter gives no option to access emergency credit either. Anyone have any advice as the only number I can find is saying they are shut... tia

It sounds like your PAYG+ account isn't fully set up yet. If this is the case, you won't go off supply, and won't need to top up. It usually takes up to 72 hours from the supply start date/meter fitting date, but there might be a delay.

Call our Customer Care team on 0330 102 7517 to get this checked: lines are open Monday-Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (and emergency calls are taken from 18:00 - 20:00), and Saturdays 09.00-13.00.

My paypoint card isnt working. I have £1 on my emergency and i cannot top up. I have a 2 year old..... help.... thank you

@Suzette Tree I hope you've managed to get this sorted out, but if not, please call the team on 0330 102 7517 between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, or 9am - 2pm Saturday.

I cannot log into my account via app or website due to error message saying my account is inactive.
