It sounds like your PAYG+ account isn't fully set up yet. If this is the case, you won't go off supply, and won't need to top up. It usually takes up to 72 hours from the supply start date/meter fitting date, but there might be a delay.
Call our Customer Care team on 0330 102 7517 to get this checked: lines are open Monday-Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (and emergency calls are taken from 18:00 - 20:00), and Saturdays 09.00-13.00.
