How can I order a new top up card?

Its a simple request that I expected to be available in my account...
I went to the shop to top-up like usual and it declined due to system error. He tried it multiple times and it wasn't his system as the gas card worked fine. So I'm trying to get a new paypoint card.
Yet I'm now on a call on hold for 30 mins trying to find out how to order a new card... And the hold music sounds like a 1970s radio it's got so much static, actually the 70s radio was possibly clearer.
This seems really back handed and awkward to order a new card and is one of the worst customer service I've experienced to date.
Please can you review this process?
Its extremely frustrating. I've sent this whilst on hold...

Currently, the only way to request a new one is by contacting us.

You don't have to wait on the phone, though, you can email us at hello@boostpower.co.uk, or if you have social media, you can send us a message to our https://www.facebook.com/boostpoweruk/ or Twitter pages.

It's really helpful to get feedback like this though, maybe a system to request a new card through the app would be helpful?

I started my account with boost gas/electricity on the 27th February 2020. 14 days ago.
I have still not received my gas card to put credit in the gas. 
I have phoned multiple times and been told my card was in the post, 
and had a gas engineer out multiple times to put on emergency credit as I have 3 children including one under the age of 5. 
I have been given multiple RTI numbers which have never worked. 
I am currently without gas again as the emergency credit has run out and still without a gas card to top up. 
An emergency gas engineer is due to come out tonight before 22:16 to yet again put on emergency credit.
But will leave me still, without a gas card to top up. 
I am currently with no heat or hot water with 3 children including one under 5: 
It is currently 22:30 and there is still no gas engineer.

Not great to hear about your experience, @Kar33n 

Boost should’ve been able to get a new gas card out to you by now, whilst you’ve been waiting.
