I went to the shop to top-up like usual and it declined due to system error. He tried it multiple times and it wasn't his system as the gas card worked fine. So I'm trying to get a new paypoint card.
Yet I'm now on a call on hold for 30 mins trying to find out how to order a new card... And the hold music sounds like a 1970s radio it's got so much static, actually the 70s radio was possibly clearer.
This seems really back handed and awkward to order a new card and is one of the worst customer service I've experienced to date.
Please can you review this process?

Currently, the only way to request a new one is by contacting us.
You don't have to wait on the phone, though, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or if you have social media, you can send us a message to our https://www.facebook.com/boostpoweruk/ or Twitter pages.
It's really helpful to get feedback like this though, maybe a system to request a new card through the app would be helpful?
