Having an issue topping up on PAYG+ this weekend? Might be due to bank changes

Due to new banking regulations, when you top up online after the 11th September, you may be asked for the 3 digit security code on your payment card, plus possibly other online security checks by your bank (for example a PIN or Password that your bank may set up with you).

These checks will be applied at random by your bank as part of new regulations to provide additional security with online payments.

If you can't top up with your primary card, use (or register) the secondary card on MyBoost or use your PAYG+ top up card at any PayPoint.

Don't forget that you have a weekend non disconnection period until 10am Monday, so you won't be going off supply this weekend due to this, even if your balance gets to £0.

im a new custermer but need to add bank detatils to my account will i need to ring boost for this to set up direct debit? thank you

Welcome to Boost!

You don't need to set up a Direct Debit if you're with Boost, you need to top up your meters to stay on supply.

You can get your bank details added onto your online account to make it easier to top up, so instead of having to go to the shops every time, you can top up anywhere, any time!
