Do I need to do anything on my meter when I'm PAYG+?

After finally getting my Boost account sorted after my wife ran off, I was switched back to PAYG+. However, I topped up £20 on the app several days ago. My app still says I have £20 credit, and the electric meter is saying 'PAYG E-CRED LOW' and then a balance of -£2.28.

Am I supposed to be doing something on the meters?

Hi @Lenzar,

I'd get in touch with the team on this one, you never need to do anything on your meters if you're PAYG+ (other than re-connect them if they go off supply).

I'd give them a call on 0330 102 7517, or send a message to our Facebook or Twitter pages.
