As we’ve recently re-branded from OVO to Boost for our Pay as you go customers, I’m afraid that at the moment switching Pay as you go customers to Pay monthly isn’t something we can offer. If this becomes available at a later date, we’ll be sure to let you know.
In the meantime, you can always set up rolling top ups on your My OVO account so that your PAYG+ account functions in a very similar way to a Pay monthly account and Direct Debit.
