What does ErrorCode 2003 mean
when trying to top up, is it a boost fault or have I got a problem with my bank account ?

I’ve slightly updated your topic to make it easier for other users to find, who had this issue.
Not to worry, it looks like the Boost app had a minor technical hiccup during the early hours. This resulted in customers seeing this error when they tried to top up.
This issue should be resolved now and you should be able to top up without issue.
