not received price changes

I have not received any price changes notification and have now been told that there is an issue which should be resolved by Friday the day they increase! Surely it’s just a case of resending the email but I’m told that’s not possible. How else can I find out what my new charges are?

I’m so sorry to hear you’re yet to receive more details on your upcoming price changes, @JBatch.


As these are sent out automatically at least 28 days before, you should’ve received a letter or email with your new rates at the start of this month. I’m wondering if there may have been an issue with the contact details logged on your account, in which case our Support Team should be able to get these corrected.
