Just looking through letter received from dated 27th February and have just noticed your increase is 82% and not 54% as advised by gov.

Sorry for the confusion there,
Whilst the average increase amount advised by Ofgem is 54%, this does vary depending on your area and the way you pay for your energy.
We understand these price changes are concerning and have more support and advice on the Price Cap over here.
