My power has gone - can you help add credit to my smart meter?

hi i was wondering if u come please help me with putting my power as I have No money to put any on

If you're off supply, it's important you call our Customer Care team as soon as possible on 0330 102 7517. They might be able to offer some support credit, to help you until you can next top up.

Our opening hours are:
8am-6pm Monday-Fridays
9am-1pm Saturdays

The cost of calling us on this new number will be the same as calling a local 01 or 02 number. If your phone contract has inclusive free minutes, the calls will be covered!
