I would put a bet on that your PAYG+ account is still the way for you to top up, if you’ve not been sent anything from us about the move to Smart PAYG. So let’s go down that route first.
What’s happening when you log in? Please call us if you have no way of topping up and low credit: 0330 102 7517. They’re available 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
