How do I top up with the new Smart PAYG when I never had top up cards to use at the PayPoint or to register with the app?

Does anyone know how I can get some smart top up card or at least card numbers quickly.. 

Got switched to payg smart.. not thati asked for it.. anyway.. downloaded the new app as per instruction and apparently need to register top up cards on it before I can top up my energy.. I dont have any top up cards.. never have..  theres no where to put them on my meters and I've always stopped up before on the old app.. this is all quite silly and the customer services for boost is shocking.. any help greatly appreciated

You should have top up cards to take to the PayPoint, and the option to top up via the new Smart PAYG app. 

 

Request the top up cards via our Support team when you get a chance: 0330 102 7517. They’re available 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, or 9am - 5pm weekends.
