I do not have a IHD and contacted boost regards this 3 weeks ago.
I am changing to Pay and go smart in December.
I always use my boost app for details of how much is in my account,now I will not be able to do this .
Also will not recieve emails saying my balance is low.
So how can I check my balance with no I H D ?

See the info below, taken from our Smart PAYG FAQ:
- Always be in the know - if you've got an In-Home Display, this can tell you how much energy you're using and alert you when you're low on credit (find out about In-Home Displays)
You will need a Pipet IHD to check your balance. You can request that one of these are sent out to you via our Support team:
Phone - 0330 102 7517 (available 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, and 9am - 5pm Saturdays and Sundays)
