Why is my current supplier blocking my switch to Boost?

Hi,
I'm being told by Boost that I'm switching from Ecotricity but then received letter from ecotricity that they are blocking. However I'm still being informed by Boost that I'm switching.
Been told several different things. Boost email told me to call. Boost customer service told me some other advice.
Received email today saying the switch is still taking place.
What's happening?

Hi @verity540

It sounds like Ecotricity have objected to our first switch request. We will attempt to try and take over a supply 3 times, which may be why we are still processing the switch. There are many reasons why they would object, more info here.
