I am Trying to get a smart meter installed for gas.
i previously had one, however it stopped working and I was given a traditional one where you top up via card and it wasn’t replaced with a smart meter. I keep trying to book, but I get an email straight away saying sorry we’ve had to cancel - reschedule here.
each time I reschedule I get the cancellation email

It’s not possible to book a gas only exchange online - is that where you’ve been booking it?
You’d need to call the team to book this - please pop them a call on 0330 102 7517 and they should be able to help :)
