Why do your customer services NEVER answer?

I have applied for the warm homes discount on the 24th of october, I've heard nothing back. I've emailed you twice about this AND HEARD NOTHING BACK. Do you ever reply to your customers? I am really struggling with this, my husband has Parkinson's disease and dementia and needs a warm home. please respond!!!!

I’m really sorry if you haven’t heard back from us, we should be responding to emails within 72 hours, and you should have automatically got an email within 5 working days of your application.

 

I’d recommend getting in touch via our Facebook or Twitter pages, we’ll be able to check on your application status.
