What's happened to the phone lines for Boost/OVO been trying for 4 hours and it just keeps saying technical fault?

What's happened to the phone lines for Boost/OVO been trying for 4 hours and it just keeps saying technical fault?

There was a brief moment today when we did have some issues accepting some calls made to us @diviniti - this prompted the error message you heard.

This has now been sorted and the lines are open: 0330 102 7517 (weekdays 8am-6pm).

That's not true i rang before 11 am to you/ovo and spark and again in intervals until after 2pm,it WAS NOT your quote A BRIEF MOMENT
I did receive a call back finally but guess what, hanging on now for over 20 mins to speak to someone again, not great Tim??

Sorry to hear that, @diviniti. We've been extremely busy over the last few weeks since inheriting Economy Energy's customer base. I'm glad to hear you've been able to speak to someone now - I hope everything's been sorted.
