So you've applied for the Warm Home Discount when your product was under the OVO brand, find out here what happens when you switch to the Boost product.

Be good to know from @Darran_Boost what actually happens with your Warm Home Discount application if successful and you've switched to the Boost product before getting the payment.

If you have applied with OVO and your application has been accepted, that's fine. If payment is not made before you have moved over to Boost, it will be applied to your Boost account.

You don't need to do anything, we manage all of this for you. :)
