I want to book a smart meter appointment - can anyone help?

before xmas 2017 i got a phone call about getting a smart meter they would send me a email with a calander to arrange a date for jan 2018 i did not get a email

As as you gave the details I've read the phone I can suspect that a typographical error resulting in this non receipt of email.
