When will I get my warm home discount has I've sent the extra documents and I havnt heard anything back. I got it last year and my illness hasn't changed but needed sent evidence this time.

If you reach out the the Boost customer care team either phone or via social media they will be able to check and advise if the additional verification process has been completed and if successful roughly when the payment Will reach you.

If on Facebook or Twitter search boost power, you'll see the page at the top of the search results. Click on the page/profile and at the top will be a send message button. Click this and send your message.
