I've had an email saying my plan was cancelled and another saying it's up and running - which is correct?

I got an email saying my plan was c cancelled cos my smart meter was not the right one  now yous have sent me an email we are up and running. Not even got any payment cards

Hmm, sounds like there may have been an issue with your switch, @Shell-32.
