I've got a new meter - How do I get a new top up card?

My metre was replaced on Thursday as it had a low battery message. My card doesn't work in it as it is saying invalid I phoned boost yesterday who sent an engineer he couldn't top up as the metre still had £2.00 on it boost are closed today and I have no heating or hot water I have my 3 grandchildren aged 3,2 and 4 months staying with me and cannot top up. Help please

Hey @Toadie19, I’ve just changed the title slightly so it’s a lot easier for customers to find.

 

If you’ve got a new meter, you’ll need to get a new card as well, as the old one will be registered to your previous meter.

 

I’d recommend getting in touch with us on 0330 102 7517 for an immediate response on this one.
