My metre was replaced on Thursday as it had a low battery message. My card doesn't work in it as it is saying invalid I phoned boost yesterday who sent an engineer he couldn't top up as the metre still had £2.00 on it boost are closed today and I have no heating or hot water I have my 3 grandchildren aged 3,2 and 4 months staying with me and cannot top up. Help please

If you’ve got a new meter, you’ll need to get a new card as well, as the old one will be registered to your previous meter.
