Is there an emergency number to contact anywhere??? I'm a new customer and my top up card isn't working and I cant log on to top up. I have and 4 & 5 year old children and have no heating or hot water and it's freezing here. Customer service isn't open for another 3 days and my kids can't live in this!!!

Hi for emergencies it's always best to contact the team directly by either calling 0330 1027517 or emailing hello@boost.co.uk or send Facebook message or instagram or Twitter message to team at boost and they will be able to help you. The Forum is a place for other users to offer each other advice and share their experiences, but it's not a place where you'll be able to get help in an emergency situation. If you need it, a list of their hours over the Christmas period can be found here: https://forum.boostpower.co.uk/get-to-know-boost-17/important-information-on-our-festive-opening-hours-665.
